GSC-TEMPC is looking for a qualified and competent OPERATIONS MANAGER to join our team and help lead the efficient and effective delivery of the Cooperative’s programs, services, and daily operations.

💼 POSITION: OPERATIONS MANAGER
🎓 Preferred Qualifications:
✅ Graduate of Accountancy or a related business/management course
✅ CPA is an advantage
✅ With relevant experience in operations, financial management, auditing, and other financial functions
✅ Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and communication skills
✅ Knowledge of banking policies, bookkeeping, and office operations is an advantage
✅ Able to work effectively with the Board of Directors, management, and employees
